Derek Tibs is my favourite approach to eat steak. It’s simple but oh so delicious. The key is to obtain a very good sear over the meat also to use butter in lieu of oil. This provides the Derek Tibs a rich taste that you can’t get with other ways of cooking steak. Respond to: Shiro is
